When should I arrive?

Please see your hard copy invite for the time of your arrival. Be sure to arrive promptly on time in order to navigate the estate and to help with the days co-ordination run smoothly x
Is there local transport to and from the venue?

Local Taxis: A Star Taxis 01260 280280 AB Private Hire – 01260 276823 Local Train Stations: Alderley Edge (8 miles), Macclesfield (8.2 miles), Congleton (9 miles) Local Airport: Manchester (27.4 miles) There will be limited on site parking available but we encourage all of our guests to book cabs / public transport in advance where possible (we all want to let our hair down and party after all don't we?!).
Where can I stay?

Please follow the link to see all recommended accommodation. There is a plenty of places local to the venue, especially in towns such as Congleton, Alderley Edge, Macclesfield, Knutsford and Holmes Chapel but please make your booking now as these rooms fill up quickly for summer!
What should I wear? What is the vibe?

Think Boho Chic meets New York Disco. It's a (Donna) summer wedding in the countryside, and we hope that the sun is kind, so please be prepared for the weather as part of the day will be outdoors. We welcome our guests to dress in their wedding best but suggest as vibrant and relaxed as possible...but our most important request is that you don your boogie, boogie shoes! Do you have a gift registry?

We know its not traditional And it’s not the way it’s done, But rather than a wedding list We’d love a bit of sun. So in order to give us a gift And send us on our way, A donation to our honeymoon Would really make our day
What about the little ones?

We love the little sprites but we have kindly requested family children attend the ceremony only. So have that babysitter booked in and be ready to party!
Can I bring a plus 1?

Yes! (As long as your hard copy invite says so)
Whats the drinks policy?

Unfortunately, due to legal requirements, no alcoholic beverages can be served in the Oak Barn prior to a Civil Ceremony. Drinks will be served following the Ceremony with the bar open until last orders at 11.45pm There is also a local pub within walking distance of Sandhole that you are welcome to visit but please give yourself plenty of time to be at the venue for your arrival time.
Are there any other events happening around the wedding?

Yes there will be a full weekend itinerary to follow as we get closer to the date...please check back for the full deets...
